Scratch-off Game Sponsor Rules, Terms, and Conditions.
How to Enter
- Participants
must complete and submit the entry form using the link provided during the
promotional period (December 15, 2025–March 1, 2026).
- After
submitting the form, participants will be directed to an online scratch
card. All eligible entrants will receive an email indicating whether they
have won a prize.
- By submitting
an entry, participants confirm that they have read and agree to all terms
and conditions.
- Entries must
include accurate and complete contact information, including first name,
last name, and email address.
- Entrants may
only submit their own information.
- Entries with
incorrect or incomplete details, or attempts to enter multiple times
using different devices, will be disqualified.
Opt-In Form
By opting in, players confirm their interest in participating in the
scratch-off game and authorize the sponsor to contact them with additional
information and promotional updates. Players may opt out at any time.
Prize Claim Form
Winners must complete the prize claim form to confirm their win and
authorize the sponsor to review and approve the claim. Winners will be
contacted with further instructions. Prizes must be picked up at one of the
participating tradeshows; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Participation
Participation is voluntary and free. No purchase is necessary to play
or win.
Number of Entries
Each
participant may enter once during the promotional period (December
15–March 1).
